The program delivery and structure is very unique and impactful. It has very nontraditional design of training which makes individuals move out of their comfort zones. Our experience with Stillwater was excellent. The design and delivery of the program fits perfectly in addressing the gaps for our Leadership development needs for our mid and senior management employees.
Attending a stillwater consulting workshop by Kanishka Sinha was probably one of the most transformative experiences of my life. It was excellently conducted, he is a strong facilitator and pushed not only me but the entire group of people in the session to delve deeper into what set of beliefs were limiting our effectiveness as people- Either at work or even in our personal lives. Not only this, he also helped us figure out what we needed to do about it and set up coaching calls that were very effective in making sure that this did not end up being one of those workshops that make an impact but then fizzle out. Since then, i have attended several well known leadership workshops on leading self and leading others in various parts of the world; but i have to admit that nothing comes close to the kind of sessions conducted by Kanishka.
Programs delivered by Stillwater deliver key messages to the participants in a very simple, straightforward but an impactful way. The concepts/principles learnt during Stillwater programs have a high recall value amongst the participants in their daily work which is an evidence of the fact that they have internalized them to a good extent and subconsciously apply them. This is the biggest strength of their programs.

Kanishka was my leadership coach during my first year as CEO. I truly believe that it is in large part because of both his support as well as his challenges that I made it through that year feeling more capable and equipped to be successful in this position. I found his facilitation style to be uniquely personal, insightful and adapted to my own developmental needs— something that you do not often find from regular training or development programs. The careful listening to both the spoken and unspoken thoughts and feelings allowed for us to explore deep mindsets and ingrained habits that were both instrumental to my success, and at time obstacles to it. I never once doubted that he believed in my ability to be successful, and I always had faith that every action, every challenge was done with my best interests in mind.
I think this program was the best on leadership and management when compared to all that I have attended. This one actually got me out of my comfort zone and I learned many things that I will use in the future.
It’s a reinforcement of certain beliefs and practices. However it is a shocking revelation of certain points of improvement which were completely neglected all through. One of the programs wherein one gets to know so much about himself. Thank you!!
I found it unique – in structure as well as roll out. It helped me [and I am sure each of the other participants) to reflect on myself, my current style and get an understanding of how other’s perceive me, through a process of reflection and honest feedback. I’m confident that I will take forward the learnings and implement it in my life [at work and at home too) thereby making me more effective and useful to my colleagues as well as my family. I feel that this programme ought to be held for others in the organization [Heads as well as Directors and above).
